As part of our mission to deliver, facilitate and support research and knowledge translation relating to the prevention or delay of cognitive decline and dementia, we are giving early career researchers a chance to upload video profiles of themselves to help promote them as researchers and foster collaborations. These profiles will be available on the IRNDP website for members, giving them a chance to learn about what researchers from all over the world are doing in the field of dementia prevention.

We would like each person to film themselves providing a general introduction regarding their background followed by a response to each of the following questions:
- What is the major focus of your research and/or what you are particularly interested in?
- What drove you to go into the field?
- What is the next step in your research?
- What do you think are the next steps in the field in general?
- What are your top tips for ECRs?
In case of technical glitches (unfortunately these things do happen), we ask that each person also please upload a transcript of their responses to each of the questions above.
